This diagnostic-accuracy study evaluated DDT-Pro in general medical wards in Colombia against independent DSM-based expert clinical diagnosis. It reported sensitivity of 90% and specificity of 85.3% in 200 general medical inpatients.

This diagnostic-accuracy study evaluated DDT-Pro in skilled nursing facility against a DSM-5 clinical assessment. It reported sensitivity of 77.2% and specificity of 84% in 262 skilled-nursing-facility residents; 141 had dementia and 79 delirium.
