D-Scale — Delirium Scale

1973

Historical 58-item, 13-domain observer-rated scale described within a broader cognitive-function battery. The development study reported normative and correlational data in 65 general medical patients, none diagnosed with delirium; it did not validate the scale for delirium detection. Retained for historical completeness and not recommended for clinical use.
