The directory
Delirium assessment tools
Search by name, or filter by task, setting and evidence.
CSV scope and data dictionary
The export contains the current filtered rows. Contextual profiles are included when you are browsing all public profiles. Formula-like cell values are neutralised for safer spreadsheet opening.
- Identity and scope
abbr, name, year, multi-select role/characteristiccategories,population,settings,profile_typeandfamily_id. Category labels are grouped by dimension in the interface; they are not one purpose scale.- Evidence and metrics
evidence,reference_type,sensitivity,specificity, source type/identifier/year, denominator state, reference standard and metric note. An unresolved source field is an explicit gap, not permission to infer a source from the profile citation.- Traceability
- Reference-check state, PMID, DOI, source URL, public profile URL, instrument/access URL and access state.
- Validation and implementation
validation_paper_countcounts distinct primary diagnostic-accuracy publications under the stated scope. The olderdta_study_countfield counts evaluations. Implementation review status and the number of linked public training resources are separate fields.- Release context
- Clinical/content version, its review date, the site release and the UTC export timestamp. An export date is not an evidence review date.
Sensitivity and specificity, where shown, come from the named source. They vary across settings and populations. Open each tool’s profile for further studies and separately cited pooled estimates, where available. The comparison guide explains how to view tools side by side. This directory is medical information, not individual clinical advice.
